Company Overview
We were established in 2015 with a mission to deliver exceptional property management services. Recognizing the need for scale, founder & HMO landlord Mike Smith initiated a strategic expansion to include properties from other landlords alongside his own properties. This ensured Mike could have a highly responsive team, low voids and could get the service he found lacking when he had previously used agents.
Guaranteed Rental Scheme
In 2015, we introduced our Guaranteed Rental Scheme, offering landlords 3-5 year lease agreements that ensure consistent rental income. This initiative has provided numerous landlords with the assurance of a stable financial return. Many of our agent and landlord clients we signed way back in 2015 are still with us today.

Expansion and Development
In 2018, Mike expanded our operations by founding MS Block Holdings Ltd, his development company that has successfully developed and sold three HMOs and redeveloped eight flats. We take pride in revitalizing dilapidated properties into high-quality rental homes such as our Ebury Rd block. In 2020-21, MS Block Holdings Ltd also invested in two light industrial units in Peterborough and Birmingham, strengthening and diversifying our asset base into Commercial property.
