2. Send £75 holding deposit (£150 for flats) to the listed bank details.
3. Send your filled form and ID (Passport or Driver's License) to relocatenotts@gmail.com
4. A copy of your Tier 4 Visa if overseas.
5. A copy of your School Admission/Acceptance Letter.
6. Student ID.
1. For Rooms the deposit is £200.
2. For Flats it is one month’s rent.
3. Alternatively, use a UK property owner as a guarantor.
1. Employed tenants must earn around £14k per annum verified by a work reference.
2. Criteria for flats is stricter; please contact the office.
3. Students must provide proof of study and pay termly or quarterly.
